15 years of bringing and spinning some of the sickest trashgaragepunksurfbeatrocknroll records and bands to town.

Who’d have thought when our younger delinquent zero selves first drunkenly came up with the idea of STAY SICK way back in 2008, broke and frustrated that there was a whole delinquent world of music and bands we wanted to see and hear but very few to no places to do so that we’d still be here going strong to this day. The plan was simple – put on a cheap messy night we ourselves would love to attend (one The Cramps may dig) and hope enough folks would come along for the ride.

We know that no night in this town would last five minutes without the support of a sick and loyal crowd – so humbly we say to everyone of you Sick-ohs who have ever come to one of our nights, every one of the wild and crazy bands who have travelled from everywhere around the world (and Hove) to play for us – THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!!
