.30pm – SUEP: London-based SUEP feature members of Porridge Radio and make delicious, off-kilter indie pop music.
.30pm – Regressive Left: With influences ranging from the cyclical rhythms of EBM to the freedom and expression of the London Jazz scene, the band have been compared to everything from Post Punk heavyweights Talking Heads and Devo to modern art-rockers Squid and EBM outfit Scalping.
.30pm – Gus Englehorn: Before Montreal singer-songwriter Gus Englehorn was signed to Secret City Records he lived in a cabin in the woods and wrote Dungeon Master, the cutest, heaviest, strangest rock’n’roll record you will hear this year.
Break 5pm – 6.30pm
.30pm – Home Counties: Home Counties combine angular guitar work with furious percussion. The 5-piece make melodically rigid, socially-charged anthems that are lyrically tongue-in-cheek and scathingly satirical.
.30pm – Ciel: With its members originating from The Netherlands, Spain and the UK, the indie-rock three piece CIEL ultimately met on the South Coast of England where they distilled their differing backgrounds and influences into grunge-pop finery.
.30pm – Blood Wizard: Drawing similarities to the narrative led by murmurings of Kurt Vile as well as the unpredictability of Crack Cloud, it’s less about fitting in for Burns and more about developing a world, where the mystique and sheer eccentricity of Blood Wizard can be fully let loose.
.30pm – Personal Trainer: Personal Trainer balances between a spontaneous and fun interaction between musicians being thrown together on a stage without having rehearsed too much, and playing well composed catchy and noisy pop songs with a rock attitude
